Here I am happily homeschooling on the road, vacation or where have you!
I was looking for good "before" pictures to put here but what am I thinking? Just take a photo today and let that be the beginning of what may be a very long road ahead of me. I have decided that I need to chose to be healthy as I have chosen to be fat and unhealthy in the past. Yes chosen as it takes a lot of overeating to get this fat and a lot of bad food choices.
How I got to be this fat still amazes and saddens me. But I want to turn this around and that can only happen if I acknowledge the forces that propelled me into a size 18.
